Difficulty installing Photoshop Elements from an old disc

I have an old Photoshop elements disc which I used on a previous PC.

I now come to try and re-install it on my new PC which is running Windows 10. It has downloaded, but it refuses to install because says it needs "Windows Explorer 4 or above"

Which version of PSE? There have been many reports of older versions of the software not working on WIN 10.

Suggest that you try the free 30-day trial of PSEv.15. If it works and you like it, you can purchase the license subsequently.
