Display size appears as a small window and impossible to use.

Hi I'm trying out the new elements 2023 on a new laptop, which runs on windows 11 and above all the specs required to run the programme. My old elements isn't compatible with windows

If I go from expert mode, to say guided mode, the window appears extremely small in the top left corner(see pic).

In expert mode, once I cropped, I tried to open up one of the nik collection 6 filter color fex. Again it opened in new window and does exactly the same thing. Uninstalled it all. Reinstalled elements and still does the same. Any help would be appreciated. As i'm used to using elements and nik collection on my old laptop.
