Recently bought new PC (windows 10) but unable to download any version of DNG converter.                     Message appears on screen - 'cant be downloaded securely' I've tried disabling Avast security but no different. Icon is on list of apps and just spins for a couple of seconds when click on it. !!

Also when opening my Elements 13 I get message that it is in use by maximum number of computers (didnt have a chance to remove from old pc)

Can you help ??

I can't help with your download problem.  Perhaps try a different browser.  If your anti-virus has already quarantined the program, you may need to rescue it from the quarantine.

As for the too many computers activated problem, I suggest you chat with Adobe Support.  Go to Adobe.com and click on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu.  They should be able to deactivate your old computers.

Thanks Greg, I'm currently in discussion with Currys/PC World as to whether there is an issue with the PC.

I've connected up my old PC so number of computers isn't a problem at the moment but I'll certainly contact Adobe as and when it's sorted.

Thanks again, you're the first one to show any interest. (Dell didnt want to know !)
