Does Elements 14 have Smart Objects

I use Elements 14 and am trying to create a realistic skin texture which I need to turn a layer into a smart object.   I do need to know if Elements 14 has the ability to turn a layer into a smart object and what path would I follow if this is possible.   Need help as soon as possible  Thanks

Elements does not have the native ability to turn a layer into a smart object.  However, there are some reasonably priced add-ons that provide this function.  Do a Google for ElementsPlus.
