Does not open when you click OPEN WITH

HI All

when I right click on a photo and the pop out box gives me the option to "Open With" it shows Photoshop E13 but when I click on it it does not open It used to , and it does open other progames I select just not E13   Help Please someone .

Thank you Arshla for replying , But last night I uninstalled and then reinstalled E13 and all is now OK
