Does the purchased version of Elements work better than the free trial version?

I downloaded the free trial version to try it out (of course).  It is very clunky and inconsistent when trying to edits photos.  It seems to behave and respond to commands differently every time a I use it.  If the purchased version is this bad I don't want to waste my money.  Has anyone experienced this?

No, it's exactly the same.

Thanks for the reply. When trying to cut from one photo and paste to another: sometimes when I click on the part to cut the entire photo turns red and almost oblique. Other times you can see the photo to be cut fine. Then when I try to paste it sometimes all that pastes is the outline I cut out, and sometimes it pastes the actual cut picture. Sometimes after I’ve cut a piece it will allow me to easily re-size it and sometimes it won’t. Another question I have is will the purchased version allow you to save an edited picture as a jpg format or does it have to stay in the photoshop format. These are a few of my concerns. Thanks.
