Download Issue [Unable to install Elements 2020 on 32 bit laptop]

I would like to try Photoshop Elements but my Windows 10 laptop is  32bit. I can only find download options for 64 bit. I did attempt to download the free trial however, part way through the install I received a message stateing it was unable to continue due to the download being 64bit.

Does this mean I am unable to use Elements on my laptop?

You need a 64 bit operating system to install Photoshop Elements 2020:
