Where can I find the 2026 manual as a PDF, so that I can download it?

There is no updated PDF manual for Elements 2026.  Adobe has not produced a PDF manual for several years.  If you want an old one, I will see if I can find it for you.

There isn't one.  You can simply prress F1 in the editor.

There are lots of manuals you can check out from the internet archive.


"Manuals" for any software are pretty much gone-- everything is online now.   
PSE 2026 incorporates a "learn more" pop out with each tool.

For "How do I make this...." type stuff, there are tons of web pages out there- many do not use pse 2026, but pse 2025 or pse 2024, and many others using older versions. 

There is a manual on amazon:  One the second page of the sample it says "One time purchase, lifetime access"- No, that is simply wrong.   The product will stop working 3 years after you download it.   Buyer beware.   

The "dummies" book people hanven't yet published a manual for pse 2026-
