I have photoshop elements 6 and premiere elements 4 on my old computer, which is no longer in use, how can I download the programs from account

Tough luck because these two applications are very old and if you didn't make DVDs of your download then you are out of luck. Adobe only provides downloads from Version 7 of PSE and version 9 of PE.

Photoshop Elements 6 may run on the new operating systems, but Premiere Elements 4 will probably not .
