Search on install problems on Mac.  I seem to remember threads on how some browsers download do not work when you try to install on a Mac seem to be some Mac security thing involved. I use Windows.  The is also the Photoshop forum not the Photoshop Elements Forum.  Still try a search on Mac Install Security....
