Downloading to second computer

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 from the App Store on my Mac desktop.  I want to also download it on my laptop for when I travel.  I am a tech nerd!  Can someone give me a step-by-step way to do this?  I Googled it but only learned that I must close out the original on my desktop before I can download it on my laptop.  But when I go to my laptop, then what?  How do I access it for downloading on my laptop?

You need to use the same Apple ID on both machines. On the laptop open the App Store application and look for purchased and Elements 2022 should show as install.
