Drawing tablet not working right in Photoshop?

New Here ,
Apr 01, 2018 Apr 01, 2018

Version: Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 | System: Windows 10 | Tablet: Parblo

I have not touched a single thing for it to stop working. It was working perfectly until just the other day. Every time I try to draw with the brush or eraser tools it would just make a circle and one single dot, and if I dragged it the mouse itself would disappear. Sometimes if I minimized Photoshop to look for an answer and went back in, the cursor would not even move onto the window. I decided to update Adobe Air as it asked me to, and now it's the same issue, except now when I drag the stylus, the cursor doesn't disappear, but rather drags the canvas up and down. It recognizes the tablet, and I've touched nothing since it last worked perfectly (pen pressure and all). My tablet still works fine in other programs. There seem to be no answers anywhere for this, I am utterly puzzled. I've even tried PSUserConfig.txt as well, setting it at both 1 and 0, to no avail.

Thanks
