Easiest way to crop a pic

New Here ,
Apr 27, 2017 Apr 27, 2017

I recently upgraded to 2015.  My earlier was about ten years old.  Before:  open pic, hit Crop, get rectangle on pic, move to happy.  With 2015, once I select my pic, I can't figure out to crop.  I used to use Expert, but any version will do.  Which level handles cropping the easiest?  Can anyone send me some easy instructions?  Thank you.

The crop tool is available both in Quick and Expert mode. It is present on the left panel where all the tools are present.

To get more details on how to crop a pic using PSE15, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/cropping.html
