Wie kann ich, mit Hilfe von Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, eine Ebene transparenter machen, sodass die Ebene hinter der transparenten Ebene sichtbar wird?

You can reduce the opacity of the layer in the layers palette.so that the layer below will become visible.
