My wife has Elements 10 on her laptop. It was running incredibly slowly and crashing, as was the whole laptop. We had a 1TB SSD installed but edited images still take ages to save. The laptop itself is now super quick except with Elements!
When she saves the file a padlock appears with "Edit In Progress" and it stays there for minutes! We've tried closing the editor after editing each image but it doesn't help. Also its very slow deleting even just 1 file from the catalogue.
The laptop is a very good spec with plenty of Ram (8gb).
