When I download pictures from a card scanner into my computer, they are no longer going into the files on my desktop first. They are going directly into Photoshop organizer. After they are edited, they do not show up under Pictures under my PC desktop icon. I have Windows 8 which has had all of its updates and am using Photoshop Elements 11. Since the albums do not show up under Pictures under the Desktop icon, I cannot get any pictures to upload pictures to another site for printing.
