Editing "Places" in PSE 2019 Organizer

Is there a reference source for information on how to do advanced editing of Places/Locations tags on photos in Photoshop Elements 2019. Using the basic "add location" tool is easy enough but I am having great difficulty adding more description to a location tag and grouping locations that are the same. PSE seems to want to change the text to what it thinks it should be. I would like to simply enter a location tag consisting of 2 to 4 location descriptions and drag the photo(s) to a pin on the map but PSE will usually change the location names.

That you for your response. The standard information was not much help to my problem but your link to the “Map Error in PSE 2019 (PSE 2017) did help me to understand that several other people are having the same issues I am having. It appears to be primarily a mapping problem that is not correctable with PSE. I plan to follow up with these people to see if any of them have been successful in resolving the issues. Thanks again.
