Hi there, I just found an interesting tutorial telling how to remove noise caused by high iso settings. But it seems that the tutorial was made for the cc-version.
My question using Elements 2022: is it possible to load several (nearly the same) pictures into separate layers and have Elements align them and then compile them to a smart object.
Thanks for any advice.
Regards, Andy

Yes, this tutorial has been made for Photoshop, not Elements. This feature is called 'focus stacking' and it's not available natively in Elements. You can do a search in the following independent Elements forum:
https://photoshopelementsandmore.com/
There are a number of discussions based on the very affordable Elements+ add-on which provides scripts for this purpose. The author of the add-on, Andrei Doubrovski is a member and is very helpful if you need help.

Scroll down to the 'scripts' section.

Thanks Michel, I'll check it out.
