Can you please try the steps mentioned in Troubleshoot slideshow and video playback issues under following section "Issue: Slideshow plays with no options visible or shows blank screen"

Hi,

After you did search, you may probably be seeing the attached screen. Please make sure after you do search, you have to click on Grid button to go back to Organizer view. Even if it doesn't resolve your issue, please share the exact steps and screenshot and also share your graphics card details.

Hi

Thank you for your feedback. This is not the solution but you gave me a important hint.

The error is only, when I'm woking only with the Notbook screen.

When I connect the external monitor, the Programm runs well.

Grafic Cards:

My Notbook has two:

- Intel HD Graphics 630

- NVIDA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

I use the german version of Photoshop Elements 2018

The Steps:

I go to the search tool, and select for example jet

Auswahl.PNG

Then I click Raster(Grid). And then, not the whole Screen is chanching as you see in Screenshot 2 and it is not possible to do anything with the selected Pictures. Then I have to restart the Programm.

Do you mean that if you click on the < sign, left of 'Raster' you don't get back to the organizer grid view?
