ELEMENTS 10 - HOW TO DOWNLOAD ON MAC WITH NO DISK DRIVE?

HI, Ive recently bought a new Mac which doesn't have a disk drive.

Could someone please tell me how to download photoshop elements 10. I have tried to download the trial version 2018 but it says my serial number is invalid for some reason?

Ive also tried to download the 2010 version but it doesn't give me the option to input my serial number either.

Any suggestions?

Download from Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Install then enter your serial number.

Your Elements 10 serial number is only valid for Elements 10. No other version of Elements will accept it as valid.

When i download elements 10 it apprear to me that the download doesnt download correclty.

I dont know why im, i am following all the correct details

What do you mean? Please provide more details.

What makes you think it's not downloading correctly?

Try clearing your browser cache then re-downloading. Try downloading with a different browser.

FFor example below, everything i click doesnt open it says "install cant be opened. You should eject the disk image"

Does it download OK? So you get a .dmg file on your hard drive.

Is the real issue that it will not install?

yeah it downloads fine as a dmg file i wont let me install it

If the current version Elements 2018 installs OK, without any issues, on your computer then I'm leaning towards a compatibility issue between Elements 10 and your operating system.
