elements 10 wont let me upload audio to media

I can upload pictures and video fine, but I've tried two different format audio and it wont let me upload them. It says there was a error

Please attach the screenshot of the error message that you get while uploading.

Also please mention where are you trying to upload the audio?

I can understand you are facing issue in importing .m4a file in Adobe Premiere Elements 10.

Please try to convert this .m4a file to mp3 & then try to import it .

You can also try the following steps :

- Try Format Factory tool from this link.

- Converts any of your .m4a file to .mp3.

- Try to use that converted .mp3 file in Adobe Premiere Elements
