Elements 10

Hallo Leute, hatte Elements 10 installiert, muss dann leider mein Mainbord wechseln. Nun habe ich die meldung das ich das Programm angeblich auf zwei Rechner instliert habe und solle eine Version wieder löschen. Was ich aber ja nicht kann da ich nur eine installation habe . Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich diese Problem beheben kann?? Der Support konnte oder wollte nicht mehr helfen, das das Prdukt nicht mehr unterstütz wird, weil zu alt. aber mir recht es voll aus

The only way to deactivate PSE is on the computer (with the same hardware) that it was installed on.

Try activating offline, in accordance with the instructions found in this HelpX Article.  Although the instructions are for Elements 2019, it may work for Elements 10.  Please let us know if you are successful.
