Hi, I hope someone can help me please. I have a new Canon Pro 100s Printer and I am having trouble with the Canon Print Studio Pro plug in. My computer has Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit as the operating system, and the plug in version downloaded is 2.1.0. When I have installed the plug in separately, it found Elements 11, and said it installed it correctly. If however I open an image in Elements 11, the Automation tools sub menu in the file menu is greyed out. When I go into About in the program under plug ins, the Canon plug in appears there (its listed there) , but I cannot get the plug in to work under automation tools and nor does it appear under filters . I would appreciate some help in this matter . Thank you
Maybe your just not in the Expert mode.
Press Expert at the middle top of the screen.
