Elements 11 [freezing on Windows 10]

I telephoned to find out if Photoshop Elements 4 and 11 will work correctly on Windows 10?

Why I could not send by e-mail my photos as I could before, and what password I need to send them, and how to get it?

The first person I spoke to could not give me satisfactory answers, and passed me on to second person who I could not understand due to very low volume and requested a call back, so we could resolve my problem, but I was not called back!

I have Ph. Sh. Elements 4 and 11 installed on my new laptop with windows 10, and the programs are not working properly and “freeze up” also I cannot send photos as before!

What do I do now? Please help!

Some of the older versions of Photoshop Elements do not function properly with Windows 10, as reported on these forum pages. The current version is PSEv.15.

Suggest that you download and install the free 30 day trial of PSEv.15 to see if it works. If you decide that it is ok, simply purchase the license.
