Elements 11 - getting error message when uploading to YouTube

I have been using elements to create very short videos and uploading to YouTube with no problems, then yesterday I started to get an error message, unable to upload, try again later. After several tries over 2 days still not working.
I have a Mac with 10.11.6 a little slow but haven't had problems. Not sure where what is wrong, nothing has changed in my settings. This is really basic but BIG problem. Any ideas, please?

Hi Vanessa,
Please refresh your accounts from Preferences:
Choose Adobe Elements Organizer 11 > Preferences > Adobe Partner Services. Click Refresh and restart EO. Try sharing again and see if this removes the error. Alternatively you can also Reset Account under same preferences tab and re-login to remove any unforeseen glitches. Remember, this would remove the account information of all other online services as well.
Please try and tell if this is helpful.
Thanks,
Arshla

Hi Arshla
thank you for the response, I followed the directions, refreshed & restarted the program. Tried to load and got this message. "share to YouTube unavailable through Adobe Premiere Elements".
Any idea what what that means? Is YouTube no longer working with Adobe? I was thinking of upgrading but not if there is a problem. i need to speak with someone at Adobe I think..... thoughts?

Hi Vanessa,
You seem to have queried for different product, Premier Elements, while this forum is for Photoshop Elements, accordingly to which I suggested you the solution.
There is an article on one such issue from Premier Elements:
Failed error | Upload to YouTube
Please check if this information helps solve your query.
Thanks,
Arshla

yes, I didn't realize it wasn't the same, they came together so I thought it was one product. I am a beginner, don't know a lot about these programs yet. The video you shared didn't help, those options were correct and as I mentioned, it worked previously. Now I get a message - "Share to YouTube is temporarily unavailable through Adobe Premier Elements." Sounds like it's a YouTube/Adobe thing and I am caught in the middle.
Thank you for your help. Hopefully they will work it out and I will be able to upload again soon, until then I have found a work around, not pretty but doable.
