Elements 11, windows 10, text tool engine not initializing

Anwesha, thank you for your reply.

I performed solution 1, and restarted Elements.  It did not work.

For solution 2, I found Myriad Web Pro, and deleted it (because i didn't know how to move it to another folder).  Restarted Elements, it did not work.

For solution 3, there was no option for Windows 10.

For solution 4, I got to the Local Service folder, but I did not have the folders listed next.

What can we do now?

Try looking at the location:

C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\TypeSupport\PSE<version no>

and rename the files present there.

I see C:\Users\Owner...

Also, I'm hoping I can figure out how to "rename the files" if I ever get that far.

AppData folder is hidden by default.

You can turn on viewing of hidden files and folder or simply type the complete location C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\  on Windows explorer search.

Not only did I figure out how to turn on viewing of hidden files, I found the one file at the end of the string and changed one letter, and...IT WORKED!

Thank you very, very much.  As an amateur photographer, I need to be able to put my copyright on my photos.  This was a big problem for me.

I will follow up and give you high marks
