I am trying to download Elements 11 as I have a new hard disk. I keep getting message Unable to create folder c:/ program files/pse11/data.cab
error code 0. Any advise appreciated

Thanks for your reply, I have been through all the troubleshoot tips but none of these are applicable
I have a new hard drive so there is no previous versions on there.

I have removed everything relating to Photoshop from my laptop and have started again. I have downloaded /elements 11 this goes into the download file on my pc as PhotoshopElements11_WWEFDJ(2) When I click on this it is put into the documents file.
If I then try to open it just gives me a list of the file names and nothing else.
I have downloaded this before with no problems so I do not know what to do now. I have a new hard drive in the laptop could this be causing the problem.

In this list of file names, can you find out setup.exe ?
You need to run (double click) this exe in order to install the application.

Yes I have tried this Already but it still does not open the file. I have now taken my laptop
Back to the repair shop to see if there is a problem with the hard drive they have
Fitted I will let you know how I get on.

The download link for Windows has two files and you need both. Unzip (Extract Files) each download and put the contents of both into a single folder. Then double-click on Setup to start the installation.
