Elements 12 - Produkt registrieren mit Adobe ID

Hallo,

ich versuche Photoshop Elements auf unseren neuen PC mit Windows 11 zu installieren. Beim Starten der Anwendung werde ich aufgefordert, mein Produkt innerhalb 7 Tagen mit meiner Adobe ID zu registrieren. Mithilfe des angezeigten Links logge ich mich mit Mailadresse und Passwort ein, dann erscheint im Browser die Meldung "You're signed in. You can now close this window and get back to where you left off." Und dann kann ich wieder von vorne anfangen, eine Endlosschleife....

Kann mir jemand helfen.

Ich installiere das von DVD mit Produktcode.

Hello,

I'm trying to install Photoshop Elements on our new Windows 11 PC. When I launch the application, I'm asked to register my product with my Adobe ID within 7 days. I log in using the link provided with my email address and password, then the message "You're signed in. You can now close this window and get back to where you left off." appears in the browser. And then I have to start all over again, an endless loop...

Can someone help me?

I'm installing it from the DVD with the product code.

Try activating offline.  Disconnect completely from the internet and use the instructions found here.
