Elements 12 UI size

I am so LOST!!  I had to get a new computer and download Photoshop Elements 12.  I have windows 10 I can not read ANYTHING!!  It is so small I am a newbie to this stuff and will need a step by step instructions on how to do a permanent fix.  If I need to do it in Photoshop I don't know how as I can not read anything!! Frustrated
