Elements 13

Elements 13 will not run even though I paid for it 2 years ago. Now all of a sudden when I go to use it it says that my free trial has expired. Again, I've had this on my computer for two years and paid for it back in 2015 and now  I keep getting that I my trial has expired.

Do you have your license key (serial number) of PSE13 with you?

If yes, click on License this software which appears in the dialog that says your trial has expired.

Sign in with your Adobe ID and then enter the serial number.

Let us know if the problem persists.
