Elements 14 crashing

I am getting very frustrated now elements 14 keeps crashing when I go to print.  Keep sending the crash reports to Adobe but I get no response.  Anyone else been able to fix this issue or had a reply back from Adobe

A possible fix to this problem is available in latest MAC OSX 10.12.2 update. Requesting you to please update.
