elements 14 editor change

My elements 14 editor  "quick" editor no longer has the filters on it. It looks a lot like an older verison. Anybody know anything about why this might be happing?

The Quick mode in the Photoshop Elements Editor doesn't have a Filters panel. You will need to go into Expert mode to see the Filters panel. This is true of Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 as well as the latest 2021 release.

You can still apply filters to images in Quick mode, but you will need to use the Filter menu. Filter > Filter Gallery is particularly useful if you like a more visual interface for applying filters.
