Elements 14 not printing.

New Here ,
Nov 06, 2016 Nov 06, 2016

Hi there,

Recently purchased elements 14 as upgrade from 12 but when i open the print dialogue box it is full of weird characters and in other spaces such as paper profile dropdown has no information at all. I have re-installed it a few times with no success. I also still have elements 12 still installed along with lightroom and there is no issue with these programs, although I have seen the issue before in these programs they seemed to go away. I have also re-installed the printer itself to no avail. If anyone has any info that would be great.

Cheers

Ray.

Hope this will resolve your problem. Your feedback is really appreciated.
