I am hoping this message is seen by someone who actually owns the company or is someone within the company. I have been getting more and more frustrated and disturbed by Photoshop Elements 14. It worked ok at first but lately it has been getting slower and slower. It takes several minutes for it to open and minutes more to initialize and more time again to bring up the catalog. When closing the image, it takes forever for to close it out and bring up the catalog again. Elements 14 is unacceptably slow. Now don't tell me to download Elements 15 because I have no intention of paying that may have the same problems. Also, just to see what was happening with the effects, I chose a lot of them to change my photo and NOTHING happened.Why am I paying for a program that doesn't work?
