Ik heb Elements 14 op mijn nieuwe laptop geInstalleerd maar krijg nu telkens de melding dat dit serienummer al in gebruik is voor het maximumaantal toegestane computers. Ik moet een andere computer deactiveren of een ander serienummer opgeven. 

De  oude laptop is al gedeactiveerd en een ander serienummer heb ik niet Wat nu???
