Hello,
Elements organizer suddenly stopped being able to connect to two separate canon cameras after having worked for ~2years. Please let me know what I might do to get elements to connect to my camera again. I get a box that says "connecting to device... Please wait." but connection never happens.

Some other application might be already connecting to the camera and preventing PSE from doing so. Look in the system-tray/system-notifications area and see if a Canon utility is shown that might be connecting to the camera. Or it could be the USB cable or USB-port on the computer that are bad, or USB-drivers, or it’s hard to say without having the computer to play with. Something is different now than it was when it worked.
