All of a sudden my PC won't recognize my iPhone 6s to upload snapshots into Photoshop Elements 14. I have tried restarting Photoshop Elements several times and the whole computer twice and have had no better luck. I tried doing online chat with Adobe only to be told that they stopped supporting version 14 yesterday and will not help me. Until today I have uploaded photos many times successfully and I'm out of ideas to make this work. Leslie Glenn in Overland Park, KS

Hi Leslie,
Please mention your OS and it's version where you face this issue.
Also, since you mentioned that it was working fine earlier, so have you done any changes like OS upgrade after which you saw this issue?
Thanks,
Arshla

And the only other thing I can think of is that I bought an iPod nano to use with Audible audio books. ITunes keeps starting up because my phone is plugged in. However, I have also tried plugging in a Canon digital camera that I have owned for 15 years and it won't recognize the Canon camera, either.

From your questions it sounds like all of this may have been created by iTunes being installed on this computer so that I can download audio books from Audible to my iPod nano. Frankly, I am not sophisticated enough to be able to answer your questions. Since I have a laptop that I can use for the audio books and just leave the Photoshop Elements on this computer, I think the easiest thing for me to try right now is to uninstall iTunes on this computer and see if that move will restore my ability to upload photos from either my iPhone or digital camera. I can say that I have pressed the “Trust” button on the iPhone several times and I don’t recall ever seeing an error. I know the phone is being detected in iTunes.

Well, I just uninstalled iTunes and rebooted the computer. It didn’t help. Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 still won’t recognize my iPhone.
