Hi, I bought Adobe Elements 14 for Mac, in 2016, I changed my computer, can I edit and download elements 14 for Windows?

Hi,

If you purchased Elements for MAC only then you can't install the same on WIN.

You can download the trial from here for windows: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14  And you would need to purchase it's license separately when the free trial period expires.
