I have Elements 15 and up until Windows 10 did a significant update I could edit RAW photos and save as JPEGs now unbeknown to me Elements will not safe photos in any form. I keep getting an error message not enough RAM memory. I understand this has ben an ongoing problem with Adobe and Windows 10 for some time. I have previously used Elements 9, 11 and 14 and somewhere within my computer there seems to be a lot of "old Elements/Adobe stuff" which I cannot delete. All the Elements packages 9, 11 and have been uninstalled. I have even uninstalled Elements 15 and reinstalled it which has made no difference.
I have just been on the Adobe "Chat Line" and have been told to post the problem I am experiencing on the Adobe Forum site and someone from Adobe would contact me. I hope this is the case.
Thank you. Gillian Liles
I don't understand why the support employee did not give your the answer. This issue has hit thousands of users and caused dozens of discussions in this forum.
Don't wait for other help, do it yourself:
Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10
Follow the step by step instructions to edit your Windows registry.

It is likely because version 15 is no longer supported by chat except for license issues. They are likely reading from a script that makes no allowances for giving that advice, even though the solution is the same for version 15 and 2018.
