Elements 15: Cannot switch to editor

Hello,

most of the time I use the Organizer. I have already checked the editor some month ago and could use it. But now I want to edit some pictures but I get an error message that the serial number is already used on the maximum number of computers. But I have only used this serial number on this one computer. How can I solve this issue. If have check my adobe account but I could not found my elements as registered product and registration is also not possible as my serial number should already registered. Is there someone highchecked my serial number? What can I do?

You need to contact Adobe. Work your way through this document and try to initiate a chat session.
