Elements 15 Download issue

So I entered premiere 15 my product code, it was accepted, and got page saying successful and click on link for download. Issue is the link (arrow GUI type graphic)...but it is not live. Can't open link. What is the issue?

Try downloading Photoshop Elements 15 from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10​
