I've been an Elements user for many years and currently have over 18,500 photos in my Elements 12 catalog (which works absolutely fine). I decided to upgrade to Elements 15 in October 2016. I downloaded and installed the new software - but Elements 15 would not initially convert the Elements 12 catalog. Several re-installs of Elements 15 later, a call to support (case number: 0220068279), their log in on my system to try and sort out the problem, me sending the catalog, various files and logs - still nothing was forthcoming - Elements 15 didn't work. In Early November I had a "Chat" with Customer services about a refund - but was talked out of it as they were "still" working on the problem. It's now over a month since buying this software which I can't use. No contact or information from anywhere in Adobe.
My question and sorry for my frustration above. Where do I take this next to get some Adobe interest in my problem so this can be fixed?
