Elements 15 problems

I am getting the following message when trying to open the organizer

"Elements organizer is not currently licensed. Please launch Photoshop Elements Editor to update the licencing information."

How do I rectify this problem?

Hi peterb,

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

I understand you are facing issue with the activation of Adobe Elements.

Could you please try the following steps:

- If you are using Windows PC, please click here to download Adobe Application Manager.

- After installation please double click its icon on your desktop to complete the installation.

- Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.

- After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)

- Open Adobe Elements

- Click "Help"

- If you are signed in then please sign out.

- Open Adobe Elements again.

- Sign in with your adobe id & password.

- Enter your serial number to activate the software.

- Restart Adobe Photoshop Elements & test it.
