Elements 15 same as Elements 2018?

Is Elements 15 (or whatever the latest number is the same as Elements 2018?  Want to make sure 2018 will support raw files from a Nikon B700.  Thanks!

You can check the support for camera here for particular camera raw versions: Cameras supported by Camera Raw

when you find a particular camera raw version that supports your camera, you can check the version of Photoshop Elements which would have that particular camera raw version: Updates for Photoshop Elements and Camera Raw
