Elements 15 - Unable to Open UnNamed People Stacks

I am trying to assign names to the faces in the UnNamed People Stacks. Many stacks have no issues, but I have at least 200 stacks which display a generic person on a gray background. When I click on any of these icons, nothing happens.

Here is a screen shot of a typical group. In this case, only the icon on the lower left was responsive. The other 14 could not be opened.

I've had this same issue for some time and just found something in the forum that helped. Most of my unnamed stacks had pictures but you could not choose add a name for some. Nothing would happen. I found the following discussion which fixed that problem for me. I would recommend backing up your catalogue first before changing anything. So far the fix seems to have worked.

My problem is with the "UnNamed" stacks which can't be opened. There is a very large number of "faces" in this category, and I can't do anything with them.
