Elements 18 trial download won't open

I'm using an iMac which seems to meet the system requirements. The Elements 18 downloads. When I double click the .dmg it get the message:

There is no application set to open the document “PhotoshopElements_2018_WWEFDJ.dmg.part”.

Which application should I choose or get from the App Store.

Please try downloading the trial from this link: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14  - under Photoshop Elements 2018-for Mac section.
