Hi - I installed the upgrade to Elements 18 yesterday and the programme worked fine. Today, when I switched it on it, it wanted to upgrade Camera Raw, which I agreed to. Now the Elements 18 editor won't work. It gets stuck on "Reading Workspace Mode" I have tried uninstalling Elements 11, (my previous Elements), uninstalling18 and re-installing. Still the same problem. Any help will be gratefully received. Otherwise, I will be sending the programme back. £70 is too much to spend on something that does not work.
