Elements 2.0 & Windows 10

Question

My old lap top finally gave up and I had to break down and get a new one. I was able to get Elements 2.0 loaded but it doesn't work correctly. When zoomed in to actual pixels, moving vertically or horizontally leaves pixels see screen shot below. It also has a border on the top and left side i can't seem to get rid of. This never happened on my old machine....

It is problematic that you will be able to get this old version of the software to function properly on a modern operating system.

Suggest that you try the free 30-day trial of PSEv.2019. If it works well for you, you can purchase the license subsequently.
