Elements 2018 has suddenly stopped working completely. Comes up, but no response to clicking on anything. Even to exit the program had to use Task Manager. Reboot does not help. Bringing it up as Administrator does not help.
But I need help.
Has anything changed on your computer - new program/Windows update/new device?
Do you have a wifi printer?
Have you tried an uninstall/reinstall? If not, try that and make sure you choose to delete the preferences file when that option appears during uninstall.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

O.K. It works but takes time to become functional. The program loads, then for 1-2 minutes nothing can be done with it. Probably caused by today's Windows update (two computers, one W10 the other W11, same problem on both).
