For some reason Photoshop Elements 2019 work space won't open, not even when exporting photos from Lightroom. Does anybody know what the issue is and how it can be fixed?

I have the same issue. 2019 PE worked when first installed but today It wont initialize. I have the latest drivers for my Nvidia vidcard and PE19 is updated. Any reports of conflicts with a windows update perhaps or the last PE update?

It may be something they need to look into.

I was able to fix it by uninstalling, then reinstalling.

I did the uninstall (Premier Elements only) as well, no good... rolled back drivers for display...no good.... I will take your lead however and delete the entire suite and reinstall instead everything not just PE.

I did a complete removal and reinstall of 2019 ...same ol thing. Only reason I went with 19 is it was a very good special offer made to me by Adobe. Wondering now if I know why.....LOL

Hello,

Could you please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019 and launch PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe by double-clicking on it? You could also right-click on the exe file and choose Run as administrator.

If that works, then you can pin it to the Taskbar or have its shortcut on the Desktop.

Thanks,

Medha
